Thank You for Joining Us for the 79th BPAA Annual Dinner

What an incredible evening we had at the Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) 79th Annual Dinner last week! It was fantastic to bring together so many colleagues, partners, and friends from across the region’s property community for a night of celebration, connection, and recognition.

We thanked Hannah for her outstanding input as president over the last 12 months and have welcomed Nick Allen into the role. We are also delighted to welcome Gordon Isgrove as the new Junior Vice President, along with new committee members Josh Gunn, Olly Hollis, Sebastian Collins, George Hooton and Tori Le Masurier. Our thanks go to the leaving committee members; Julian Harbottle, Chris Howell, James Frost, Alfie Passingham, Rachel Lillie and Russell Crofts.

A huge congratulations to this year’s Student Award winners - George Spencer and Julian Sebastian Birkmaier - your dedication, talent, and passion for the industry continue to inspire us all. We’re excited to see where your careers take you next.

We also extend our warmest congratulations to the Malcolm Gunter Award winner, Ytzen van der Werf from University of the West of England, whose contribution to the Bristol property sector truly exemplifies the spirit of leadership, professionalism, and community impact that this award represents.

A special thank you to our guest speaker, Martine Wright MBE, for sharing her powerful story and delivering such an inspiring message. We've never seen the room so quiet and your words resonated with everyone.

To our headline sponsors, CoStar Group and LoopNet, thank you for your continued support in making the evening possible, to Kubiak Creative Ltd and Phil Morton MRICS thank you for hosting the game of Heads or Tails which was fundraising for everyFAMILY.

And finally, thank you to everyone involved in organising the event, with a special shout out to Finola Ingham FRICS - your hard work behind the scenes ensured another memorable night for all!

Finally, to everyone who attended—thank you for being part of such a vibrant and engaged Bristol property community. Your energy and enthusiasm are what make this annual event so special.

Watch this space for specific updates from the evening, but for now, the photo booth pictures are now live!
