A Fantastic Day at the South West Property Cyclosportive 2026
A huge thank you to everyone who took part in this year's South West Property Cyclosportive, powered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Held on 17th September and once again based at Somerdale Pavilion, Keynsham, just under 200 riders took on a choice of 100km, 60km and 42km routes through the stunning Southern Cotswolds before returning for a well-earned recovery meal and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues from across the property sector.
As always, we were blessed with fantastic weather, excellent riding conditions and outstanding support from BIKEFEST EVENTS LIMITED, whose organisation and expertise ensured another successful event from start to finish.

🍾 Champagne Moment – Ben Cook (Guinness Trust) - We haven’t got a shot of Ben as he had gone home due to two punctures on the way to the ride, a stop in the bike shop, rode to the venue to say he couldn’t do the ride and then rode home for a meeting!
