The new local plan will set out how Bristol will develop up to 2040

The Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) recently had a meeting with Bristol City Council and just a reminder that the draft Bristol Local Plan has been signed off by the Council on 31st October 2023 and this will set out how the city will develop up to 2040.

A consultation period will run from 21 November to 26 January 2024, so if would like to make any representations on behalf of occupiers, landowners, developers then we have been asked by Bristol City Council that this is undertaken via the portal or online if possible.

Supporting documentation will not be available until the consultation starts.
