BPAA WELCOMES NEW PRESIDENT

As the city’s property sector continues to flourish, the Bristol Property Agents Association (BPAA) has elected Charles Russell-Smith as its new president.

Formed in 1945, the BPAA has over 290 members who collectively represent the views of the property industry in Bristol in matters such as legislation and planning policy.  A partner in the Development department at Alder King, Charles has been a member for more than 10 years and replaces David Mace in his new role.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Russell-Smith explained how delighted he was to have been elected.  He said:

“The BPAA is a very active and influential organisation in Bristol with members from all sectors of the property industry and its affiliates.  I am very much looking forward to my year in office and to continuing to represent the views of the industry and the good work the association has done to date.”
