MEMBERSHIP

The BPAA membership currently comprises in excess of 280 members. Of these, approximately 70% are Full members and 30% are Affiliates or Honorary members.The additional category of affiliate membership was added in 1946 when the Association was incorporated to enable us to involve those members of the commercial property market in Bristol, not primarily involved in agency business, notably, but not exhaustively, Commercial Property Lawyers, Developers, Architects, Building and Quantitiy Surveyors.

Membership application forms and an extract from The Memorandum and Articles of Association can be downloaded from this site. Upon completion of the forms, which must in each case, full or affiliate, be proposed and seconded by two full members of the Association, the form should be returned to Martin Booth c/o Knight Frank. Each new application will be considered by the next available full Council meeting, the dates of which are recorded on the Events Diary. No subscription is due until the application has been approved.
